This year Changi Airport is decorating their christmas with disney characters. They are so beautiful. Catch them before the decorations are changed to chinese new year decorations.
It was white christmas at the airport hotel. Crowne Plaza Hotel Changi Airport is located within Terminal 3 of Singapore Changi Airport. Love these beautiful white christmas trees.
Closer look at the decoration pieces.
Close up view of christmas ornaments on the trees.
This year, the christmas decoration at Changi Airport were decorated with some disney characters. I am at T3 (new terminal) taking photos of Mickey and Minnie Mouse in the restricted area from Level 2. The whole of T3 are using computer controlled lights and air conditioning to save electricity. Do view my early post on the computer controlled butterfly reflectors in here.
I love this departure hall look at T3 Changi Aiport. It is a good meeting point to meet up friends, we wont get lost in the huge T3...lol. I love taking photo of the departure hall from where I am standing, it showed the big and spacious T3 and this is just the departure hall.
From the uniform of these air stewardess, you could guess which airline they worked for...yes that is SIA. :)
What do you normally expect in the basement of an airport? The basement of T3 are filled with many shops and eateries and some fun corner. The above photo showed some entrepreneurs trying to sell their products. I am surprised to see so many people in the basement...lol. The train ride is part of a promotion by Visa for its clients. Free train rides if you paid for your purchases by Visa at T3.
This fun corner is fun, papers and colour pencils are provided to trace images from the wooden blocks.
I revisited T3 Changi Airport and noticed many nice features and many shops are opened for business.
One thing that caught my eyes is the viewing gallery. They have removed certain panels from the window panels after many complainted that they could not see the planes. You can see my earlier photo which show the difference in here.
Does this candy house looked so yummy? This candy house is located at T3 Changi Airport. It was a promotion by Visa and if you paid your purchases by Visa, you get to get some free candy and a lucky draw.
After taking so many photos of our new Terminal 3, I have lost interest in the photo-taking of Terminal 1...lol. But the good news was that there would be a major renovations for Terminal 1 and budget terminal. The check in hall of terminal 1. It looked so old as compared with the new terminal 3. Taking the long travellators to our gate for boarding of our plane to South Korea.
Cheap cosmetics at the duty free shop in Terminal 1.

THE MOST DISGUSTING THING THEY DID WAS TO SCREEN SHOT MY PHOTO AND CORP OFF MY BLOG TITLE FROM MY PHOTO AND REPOST THEM IN THEIR BLOG.

Two clumsy senior citizens who loves travelling (preferably on a DIY mode) and as long as our leg power can take us to where we wanted to go. We may be old and clumsy but very young at heart hahaha. We knows how to navigate our way around and read maps and simply loves taking public transports just like the locals in the countries we visited.
As we travelled, we made fond memories together and hopes to continue travelling as long as our health permits.
